Pour enough water to cover the beans and leave to boil until the beans is tender.
Parboil the rice.
Slice the tomatoes, pepper and onions then fry them all at once adding your already made stew to it then set aside.
In a larger pot, add the stew, meat/chicken stock and leave to boil.
Then add the parboiled Rice and cooked beans, ground crayfish, stock cubes, and salt to taste.
Mix well and add enough water if the liquid in the pot is not as the same level as the rice and beans. Then Cover the pot.
After about 20mins your Jollof rice and beans is ready. It goes well with dodo.
